Sunscreen / SPF Timer
See roughly how long a sunscreen SPF extends your safe time in the sun — and remember to reapply.

Unprotected you'd burn in —
Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming or sweating.
A note on SPF
SPF multiplies your baseline time-to-burn, but real-world protection is lower than the lab number — most people apply too little and don't reapply. No matter the SPF, dermatologists advise reapplying every 2 hours (and after water or sweat), wearing a hat and sunglasses, and seeking shade during peak hours (10am–4pm). Treat this figure as an upper bound, not a licence to stay out longer.
